The Student Journey

My introduction into graduate school was a little rocky. I was still investigating grad schools and I found the University of Arkansas program. I saw that they were putting out a lot of good research and became very interested. The colleagues and faculty, all the students here, really want you to succeed. They are always willing to talk to you whether it's about assignment, or you have a question about research. They're always willing to engage with you and really make sure that you really understand the concepts that they're trying to communicate. They have different programs for international students. I had a chance to enroll in many programs to have an American friend to help me with my language. They are here for you and help you with all the resources they have. I was able to do a couple of internships. Being kind of pushed into these experiences allows you to kind of use everything that you've been learning to really benefit people. So if you are considering the University of Arkansas, I cannot speak highly enough about it. You will get an amazing experience here. And you will make lifelong friends that you will be grateful for, for the rest of your life.

Mi introducción en la escuela superior fue un poco accidentada. Seguía investigando escuelas superiores y encontré el programa de la Universidad de Arkansas. Vi que estaban publicando un montón de buenas investigaciones y me interesé mucho. Los compañeros y el profesorado, todos los estudiantes de aquí, realmente quieren que tengas éxito. Siempre están dispuestos a hablar contigo, tanto si se trata de una tarea como si tienes una pregunta sobre la investigación. Siempre están dispuestos a dialogar contigo y a asegurarse de que realmente entiendes los conceptos que intentan comunicar. Tienen diferentes programas para estudiantes internacionales.
